Art Rage 4 - Free Trial & Painting

I've had the itch to paint all day so while looking up some art rage painting tutorials, I found that they're offering a free demo of Art Rage Studio 4! If you love to paint and never tried digital painting, I highly recommend you give it a shot. Sure there's no replacement for getting down and dirty with real paints but on the other hand, there's nothing like the mess-free wonder of digital painting either. You can download the free demo HERE. Keep in mind that as with most free demos and software there are limitations, but fortunately they're not too hindering so your freedom to create will not be too restricted.

Here's a quick painting I whipped up in about 10 minutes. This program is powerful, user friendly, and FUN!

Art Rage Studio 3 - Firefly Rain Painting

An expressionistic painting of an image I had in my head while walking in the rain this week.

Art Rage Studio 3/Photoshop Illustration - "Dive In"

Titled "Dive In" by Keith Segovia. Came up with this working from a previous digital painting from Art Rage Studio 3. Always wanted to integrate some painted backgrounds with my artwork and I finally gave it a shot.

Art Rage Studio 3 - Green Ocean & Blue Sky Painting

A simple ocean shore painting I whipped up Using Art Rage Studio.

Art Rage Studio 3 - Mountains in a Purple Sky Painting

Drawing really doesn't compare to painting, although I enjoy both. I feel I can be more expressive and deal with color and lighting instead of worrying too much about clean line work and keeping everything perfect. I can just improvise. I seem to be good at getting the general sense of things but adding in the little details is where I'm having difficulty.

Art Rage Studio 3 - Practice

Trying my hand at painting using Art Rage studio. Very fun program I highly recommend it.
