Art Rage Studio 3/Photoshop Illustration - "Dive In"

Titled "Dive In" by Keith Segovia. Came up with this working from a previous digital painting from Art Rage Studio 3. Always wanted to integrate some painted backgrounds with my artwork and I finally gave it a shot.
